Artaaj manages Wyeth stand activities at Mother, Child and Baby Show 2007
Artaaj was commissioned by Wyeth Pharmaceuticals to manage activities at the Mother, Child and Baby show in Abu Dhabi this past week. Artaaj trained promoters welcomed consumers to the stand.
The activities that the promoters managed during the three days were:
Encouraging children to get attractive designs at the face painter corner
Clicking funny photos and placing them in frames as giveaways
Handing out goody bags, colored balloons and face masks
Managing a raffle draw every 2 hours
Inviting consumers to the play area
Letting children play with the mascot “Goldie”
Painting activity
Additionally, Artaaj promoters assisted in the database collection activity of Wyeth Careline. Promoters collected on an average of 600 unique leads while approximately 2000 consumers participated in all activities.

Artaaj Events Launches Links View Tower
Artaaj was commissioned by Al Zarooni Real Estate to launch their first tower – Links View. The entire ballroom of Grand Hyatt was converted into a Club House of a golf course with gorgeous views of the entire course.
Artaaj trained hostesses dressed in golf gear welcomed the guests. A string quartet entertained guests in the pre-function area.
Performance by renowned French sand artist David Myrium enthralled the audience.
A grand unveiling added to the wow factor. Artaaj also managed the PR and media for event.

BP launches new Visco packaging
BP launches new Visco packaging
This past week Artaaj was commissioned by BP Middle East to organize a grand unveiling for their new product packaging. The event was managed end to end by Artaaj.
Artaaj trained hostesses dressed in green and white, ushered the 200 guests into the ballroom of Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Curtain raisers and a hydraulic system created a dramatic stage climax and unveil.
The evening ended with specially choreographed dances from international dance troupe Extravadansa.

Artaaj organizes employee fun day for Limitless
Limitless, the real estate company, commissioned Artaaj to organize a fun day and a team building exercise for their employees. We did a turn key project for them from invitation designs and transportation to and from the venue, to menu selections and organization of games. The ice breaker games like ‘On the hunt’, ‘screamer’ and ‘Go for gold’ gave the group of 150 people a chance to get to know each other. The highlight of the afternoon was the drumming session where each person in the group had their individual drum and joined each other in a unity of rhythm and harmony.
