ZAFCO Facilities Launch
ZAFCO Trading LLC is one of UAE’s largest distributor of automobile tyres and batteries leading the market in terms of their brand portfolio. Artaaj Events recently organized a series of events centered around the launch of their new facilities in Jebel Ali. Held over two weeks, we hosted two groups of local and international guests, handling accommodation, hospitality, entertainment ,activities, and organized tours.
On the first and last day of each series, Artaaj organized meet & greet service during arrivals and departures at the airport and at the hotel.
Day 2: A golf tournament was organized in the morning, an early start keeping in mind the summer temperatures! Trophies were given away at the end to the best players with a special mention for the best rookie. Guests who were just along for the ride could participate in a beginner’s clinic organized for them. Others made up the cheerleading team!
Day 3: Guests were whisked away to sea on yachts chartered for the event. Exciting activities were available for guests to enjoy such as The Thrill Rider (a ridiculously fast speed boat!), Banana Boat, Flying Fish, parasailing, fishing & snorkeling. Guests also enjoyed a BBQ lunch on board.
Both events ended on a high note with dinners organized in the evenings. For one, guests were taken to a traditional Arabian souq set up at the Bab al Shams Desert Resort where entertainment included live music and belly dancing. For another, guests were treated to a gala dinner at the charming Mina a’Salam ballroom at Madinat Jumeirah.
